If you have leftover ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce, try this delicious dish. Simply pour the sauce over Avocado and add some Spring Onion. I added some Crispy Chilli Oil as well. This dish is great with chilled Beer. It is, of course, delicious with freshly cooked rice. You don’t have ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce? It’s easy to make. Try my family’s Quick & Easy ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce.

Ingredients

1 Avocado
1-2 tablespoons ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce *store-bought ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce is OK
1/2 Spring Onion *finely chopped
Crispy Chilli Oil *optional

Method
  1. Cut Avocado into bite-size pieces and place on a serving plate. Pour some ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce and add finely chopped Spring Onion. I added some Crispy Chilli Oil as well.
  2. *Note: Medium soft type Tofu such as ‘Momen’ is a good addition to this dish.
