A bag of Baby Spinach, that is already washed and ready to eat, is a life saver. We can make a variety of salads using it. Canned Tuna is also a life saver. We can make a variety of dishes using it. I just combined those two to make this salad. It took a few minutes to make it.

2 to 3 Servings

Ingredients

1 can (95g) Tuna *I used Tuna in Springwater
Salt *optional
1/8 Red Onion *thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground if you prefer
*Note: 1 pinch of ground Chilli can be a good addition
60g Baby Spinach

Method
  1. Drain Canned Tuna, place in a mixing bowl, add a pinch of Salt if it is not salted. Add Red Onion, Japanese Mayonnaise, Soy Sauce and Toasted Sesame Seeds, and mix to combine. *Note: 1 pinch of ground Chilli can be a good addition
  2. Add Baby Spinach and mix to combine.
