This dish of baked Salmon is quick and easy to prepare, absolutely delicious, and looks pretty. I use my mini toaster oven to bake them, but you can use regular oven, or you may wish to use air fryer, which I have never used. You may prefer cooking larger fillets of Salmon. In that case, you need to alter the cooking time.
Makes
2 Servings
Ingredients
300g Skin-Off Salmon Fillets *bone removed and cut into chunky bite-size pieces
Salt
Ground Pepper *I used White Pepper
Dill & Parmesan Sauce
15g Parmesan Cheese *grated
1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon finely chopped Dill
1 teaspoon finely chopped Parsley
1 pinch Salt
Method
- Season Salmon pieces with Salt fairly strongly. Leave them in the fridge for a few hours.
- Combine all the Sauce ingredients.
- Oil a small baking tray OR line it with baking paper OR foil. *Note: If you line the tray with foil, you should oil the foil.
- Dry Salmon pieces with paper towel if they are wet. Sprinkle with some Ground Pepper, place on the prepared tray, spoon the sauce on top of each piece.
- Bake until nicely browned and cooked to your preference. I baked in my Mini Toaster Oven for 8 minutes. You can bake in a hot oven, 220℃ OR hotter, for 10 to 15 minutes OR until nicely browned and cooked to your preference.
