This delicious looking dish is absolutely easy to cook. Today I used already diced skinless Salmon and Baby Spinach that was ready to eat, so I didn’t need to wash it. I believe Capers is the important ingredient for this dish as the salty & sour Capers add a great flavour. Try this recipe. You would love it.

1 Serving

1 serving Spaghetti
100g skinless Salmon Fillet *cut into bite-size pieces
10g Butter
1 small clove Garlic *chopped OR crushed
100ml Thickened Cream *1/3 cup would be enough for a small serve
10g Parmesan Cheese *grated, save some for topping
1 handful Baby Spinach *about 50g
1 teaspoon Capers *coarsely chopped if large
Salt & Black Pepper

  1. Cook Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package.
  2. Remove bones from Salmon Fillet, cut into bite-size pieces, season with Salt, and set aside. Prepare all other ingredients.
  3. When Spaghetti are nearly cooked, melt Butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add Salmon and Garlic, and stir until Salmon is cooked. It won’t take long.
  4. Add Cream and Parmesan Cheese, season with Salt & Black Pepper, then add Baby Spinach, Capers and cooked Spaghetti, and mix to combine.
  5. Add the saved Parmesan and extra Black Pepper, and enjoy.
