I was making ‘My Creamy Caesar Dressing’ today. Suddenly an idea came to me and I happened to add Soy Sauce instead of Worcestershire Sauce. I was just curious, but I knew it would taste OK. The result was not OK, but really good. Now I want to share this recipe with you.

Ingredients
2 to 3 Anchovy Filets *finely chopped
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1/2 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar OR Lemon Juice *alter the amount
1 pinch Sugar
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) Japanese Mayonnaise
Method
- Combine all ingredients well. *Note: Please alter the amount of Vinegar OR Lemon Juice depending on the acidity.
