I often cook a noodle dish or rice bowl dish for my lunch. I use Spaghetti frequently, and of course I use Soy Sauce to season the Spaghetti dish. With some additional spices OR ingredients, the Spaghetti dishes can be in a variety of flavours. Today I added Curry Powder. It’s quick and easy, nutritious, and delicious.

1/2 to 1 Ripe Tomato *cut into bite-size pieces

  2. Heat Oil and Garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When aromatic, add Pork. When Pork is cooked, add Curry Powder and Tomato, and stir for a minute.
