This is my Korean inspired salad dressing. Fresh salad vegetables such as Lettuce and Cucumber, and cooked vegetables such as Spinach and Carrot, are all suitable with this dressing sauce. Taste the sauce and alter the flavour to suit your taste. You may wish to add extra Gochujang, but 1 teaspoon is maximum for me.

2 to 4 Servings
Ingredients
200g Leafy Salad Vegetables
Dressing
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 clove Garlic *grated
1 teaspoon Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso)
1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Ponzu *OR 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce & 1/2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder *optional
Method
- Combine all the Dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add fresh (OR cooked) vegetables and mix well. *Today I used a mix of 4 leafy salad vegetables.

This dressing is really addictive. I often just put it on a mix of lettuce and spinach and it’s so good I could finish a big bowl just by myself 😀

You are right! A bag of ready-to-eat Salad Mix can be transformed into a can’t-stop-eating salad.
