This is perfect for BBQ. Easy to prepare, easy to cook, and delicious! Great with cold beer.
Squid Tubes 3 to 4
Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
Garlic 1 clove *grated
Ginger 1 small piece *grated
Sake 1 tablespoon
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Combine Marinade Ingredients and marinate the Squid Tubes for 15 minutes.
- Grill on BBQ until golden and cooked though.
- Cut into 1cm pieces, sprinkle some chopped Spring Onion and serve.
- *Tip: Sprinkle some Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Powder) for spiciness.
