Squid Tubes 3 to 4
Spring Onion
Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)

Marinade Ingredients

Garlic 1 clove *grated
Ginger 1 small piece *grated
Sake 1 tablespoon
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons

  1. Combine Marinade Ingredients and marinate the Squid Tubes for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill on BBQ until golden and cooked though.
  3. Cut into 1cm pieces, sprinkle some chopped Spring Onion and serve.
  4. *Tip: Sprinkle some Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Powder) for spiciness.
