
A few months ago, my husband bought two large bags of Frozen Mixed Vegetables that he intended to eat for his lunch but he quickly lost interest. I needed to use them up to clean the freezer. I have been using the Frozen Mix Vegetables day after day, and this quick and easy rice bowl was really yummy. This is how I cooked it.

Ingredients
100 to 125g Pork Mince *OR other Meat
1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 teaspoon Oil
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon grated Garlic OR Ginger
Chilli Flakes OR Chilli Sauce as required
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 serving warm Cooked Rice
Crispy Chilli Oil *optional
Method
- Heat Oil in a small drying pan over medium heat, and cook Pork Mince and Mix Vegetables.
- When cooked, add Garlic, Chilli, Sugar and Soy Sauce, and stir until the sauce is almost gone.
- Half fill a bowl with warm Cooked Rice, cover it with the mixture, and enjoy. *Note: I added some Crispy Chilli Oil on top.
