Anyone can heat Cooked Udon Noodles. Unwrap the package of Cooked Udon, frozen OR shrink-packed, and heat them in boiling water in a saucepan until soft. While you are heating Udon, mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Drain the heated Udon and add them to the sauce. Yummy Peanut Butter Udon is ready in less than 5 minutes. Spring Onion and chopped Peanuts make it yummier.

Ingredients

1 serving (200g) Cooked Udon Noodles
Finely chopped Spring Onion
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped Roasted Peanuts

Sauce
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter *smooth OR crunchy
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce *I used Dark Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1 pinch Sugar
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Crispy Chilli Oil *OR Chilli Sauce as required

Method
  1. Heat Cooked Udon Noodles in boiling water, then drain. You may prefer cooking fresh OR dried Udon Noodles.
  2. Combine all the Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the drained hot Udon Noodles and mix to combine.
  3. Add some Spring Onion and Peanuts, and enjoy.
