This is a very yummy sauce, that is particularly good for Rice Paper Rolls. A local Asian Food takeaway store sells best Rice Paper Rolls and they always offer a small tub of sauce. As they don’t teach me how to make it, I tried to recreate it. This sauce is pretty close to theirs. Alter the amount of all ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter *smooth OR chunky
1 clove Garlic *grated
6 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
3 tablespoons Lime Juice OR Rice Vinegar
Sriracha, Sambal OR other Chilli Sauce of your choice *OR Ground Chilli
Fish Sauce OR Soy Sauce as required
Method
- Combine all ingredients. If you want to add more saltiness, add Fish Sauce OR Soy Sauce. Today I added 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce.
- *Note: If it turned too thick, add some Water.
