I had never eaten uncooked Snow Peas until I tried it in Australia. I instantly fell in love with the Australian juicy Snow Peas. If the Snow Peas in your country need to be cooked, just blanch them as they should be crunchy in this salad. I definitely won’t cook them.

150g Snow Peas
1 cup Frozen Edamame Beans *OR Frozen Peas
Salt & Black Pepper
1/6 to 1/4 Red Onion
1 can (95g) Tuna *I used Tuna in Springwater, drained
1/4 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
2 to 3 teaspoons Lemon Juice

  1. Wash Snow Peas and slice diagonally into strips. Place in a mixing bowl, add Edamame Beans (OR Peas). Today I used both. You don’t need to thaw them.
  2. Season with Salt and Black Pepper and mix to combine. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
