Dark chocolate or white chocolate, ganache is easy to make. You just mix the right amount of ingredients. Adding some Matcha Powder to the white chocolate ganache makes this delicious dessert. You only need 3 ingredients. No chocolate dessert can be easier than this!
200g White Chocolate
80ml Cream *This amount makes quite soft chocolate.
2 teaspoons Matcha Powder *extra for dusting
- Place Cream and Matcha Powder in a heat-proof bowl, mix well using a whisk.
- Add chopped White Chocolate OR White Chocolate Buttons and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir with the whisk until smooth. Heat extra time if required.
- Line a small container with plastic wrap, pour the mixture and cool in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces. Dust with Matcha Powder.
