Chocolate Syrup is easy to make. You can find so many recipes on the internet, but I believe my recipe is easiest. It is basically soft Chocolate Icing. You need Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar) and Cocoa Powder. I add a very small pinch Salt and Vanilla as well. No preservative and anything else is it.

1/4 cup (30g) Icing Sugar
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 very small pinch Salt
1 tablespoon (15ml) Hot Water
A few drops Vanilla Extract

  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Enjoy it with Ice Cream, Pancakes, Waffles, etc.
