Garlic Prawns (OR Garlic Shrimps) is a popular dish. I know someone who loves this dish but has never tried to cook it by himself. Garlic Prawns is super easy to cook. At least, my method is. I hope he will try this recipe.

Ingredients
200g shelled Prawns *thawed
Salt & Black Pepper
Marinade
1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1-2 cloves Garlic *finely chopped OR grated
1 pinch Ground Chilli *OR you may wish to add more
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
Method
- Prawns need to be thawed if frozen. Devein if necessary, and place in a bowl. *Note: You can purchase already deveined Prawns.
- Add all the Marinade ingredients and mix to combine. Set aside for 10-20 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, thick-base pan preferred, and cook Prawns on both sides, for a few minutes or until cooked. It won’t take long.
- Add all marinade left in the bowl, season with Salt & Black Pepper as required, and toss to combine. Enjoy with crusty bread.
