This is a recipe for not-so-great Tomatoes. Of course it would be delicious if you use sweet & ripe Tomatoes. But we sometimes buy fairly good looking Tomatoes on special and later find out they are not really great, don’t we? Then try this recipe!

4 Tomatoes
400 to 500g Tofu *I used medium soft Momen Tofu
1 to 2 cloves Garlic *crushed & chopped finely
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

  1. Cut Tomatoes into chunky pieces and Tofu into 2 to 3cm cubes.
  2. Heat Oil and Garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When aromatic, add Tomatoes.
  3. When Tomatoes started softening and juice is coming out, add Soy Sauce and Tofu. Cook until the sauce is slightly thickened and combined well. Serve with freshly cooked Rice.
