
This is a recipe for not-so-great Tomatoes. Of course it would be delicious if you use sweet & ripe Tomatoes. But we sometimes buy fairly good looking Tomatoes on special and later find out they are not really great, don’t we? Then try this recipe!

Ingredients
4 Tomatoes
400 to 500g Tofu *I used medium soft Momen Tofu
1 to 2 cloves Garlic *crushed & chopped finely
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Method
- Cut Tomatoes into chunky pieces and Tofu into 2 to 3cm cubes.
- Heat Oil and Garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When aromatic, add Tomatoes.
- When Tomatoes started softening and juice is coming out, add Soy Sauce and Tofu. Cook until the sauce is slightly thickened and combined well. Serve with freshly cooked Rice.
