Here is another super easy and very nutritious dish for you to try. Even if your are a very beginner cook, you can cook Spaghetti. While you are cooking Spaghetti, make the Tuna and Avocado mixture, then mix it with cooked Spaghetti. That’s it! Easy, isn’t it?


1 Serving


Canned Tuna in Brine/Water 1 *about 100g, drained
Avocado 1/4 to 1/2
Japanese Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Wasabi 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Spring Onion 1/2 *finely chopped
Nori 1/2 sheet *thinly cut into strips
Spaghetti 1 serving

  1. Cook Spaghetti in a saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed.
  2. Cut Avocado into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add drained Canned Tuna, Japanese Mayonnaise, Wasabi and Soy Sauce, then mix to combine.
  3. When the Spaghetti are cooked, drain and place in a deep plate. Cover with the Tuna & Avocado mixture or mix all together. Place Spring Onion and Nori on top and enjoy.
