Here is another super easy and very nutritious dish for you to try. Even if your are a very beginner cook, you can cook Spaghetti. While you are cooking Spaghetti, make the Tuna and Avocado mixture, then mix it with cooked Spaghetti. That’s it! Easy, isn’t it?


1 Serving


1 can (95g) Tuna *I used in Tuna in Springwater
1/4 to 1/2 Avocado
2 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Wasabi *alter the amount
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce *alter the amount
Finely chopped Spring Onion
1/2 sheet Nori *cut into strips OR torn into small pieces
1 serving Spaghetti

  1. Cook Spaghetti in a saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed.
  2. Cut Avocado into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add drained Canned Tuna, Japanese Mayonnaise, Wasabi and Soy Sauce, then mix to combine.
  3. When the Spaghetti are cooked, drain and place in a deep plate. Cover with the Tuna & Avocado mixture OR mix all together. Place Spring Onion and Nori on top, and enjoy.
