‘Garlic, Butter & Soy Sauce’ is a delicious combination. It is particularly good with Corn, Spinach, Seafood and Pasta. If you combine them all, it must be delicious. This is a super quick and easy, delicious and nutritious dish. The recipe is for 1 serving, but it is easy to increase the amount.

Ingredients

1 serving Spaghetti
Salt for cooking Spaghetti
1 tablespoon (15g) Butter
1/4 cup Corn Kernels *frozen is fine
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1 can (95g) Tuna *I used Tuna in Springwater
2 to 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 handful (30g) Baby Spinach
Ground Black Pepper OR Chilli

Method
  1. Cook Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package.
  2. Place Butter, Corn Kernels and Garlic in a heat-proof mixing bowl, and heat in the microwave until hot. Stir, add drained Tuna and Soy Sauce, mix to combine, then heat for extra 10 to 20 seconds. *Note: This process can be done in a frying pan.
  3. Add Baby Spinach and drained hot Spaghetti, and mix to combine. Add some Black Pepper (OR Chilli) and enjoy.
