Roasted Cauliflower is getting very popular. It’s the easiest way to cook Cauliflower and the result is always great. This is my family’s favourite ‘Curry Flavoured Roasted Cauliflower’. I used to make the seasoning mixture into a paste and coat Cauliflower pieces with it, but these days I sprinkle everything over the Cauliflower. It’s much easier, quicker, my hands won’t get dirty, and it tastes the same.

Makes

4 Servings

Ingredients

1 large head Cauliflower
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 to 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder *You can use 1 to 2 cloves fresh Garlic
1 to 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
Ground Black Pepper OR White Pepper

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200℃. Line a large baking tray or a roasting pan with baking paper OR lightly oil.
  2. Cut Cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl. Make sure the florets are about same size. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Salt and all spices, ensuring each floret is coated, toss so that all florets are coated with everything.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet. DO NOT waste any seasoning ingredients left in the bowl. Let the florets pick up all the yummy mixture.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
