Spring Roll Wrappers had been sitting in the freezer for a long time. I had to use them. I also had Asparagus getting old. Then I decided to wrap Asparagus with Spring Roll Wrappers and baked them in the oven. I was impressed with my idea. If you love Asparagus, you should try this super simple snack.

8 Asparagus
4 Spring Roll Wrappers
Oil to brush
Salt *optional
Method
- Trim Asparagus and cut in half. Cut each Spring Roll Wrapper into 4 squares. Wrap Asparagus with small square Spring Roll Wrappers, and wet the end with water to seal.
- Brush a small amount of Oil over the spring rolls, sprinkle with a little bit Salt if you like, and bake in the oven at 220℃ for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. *Note: You may wish to fry them instead. It’s quicker and you don’t need a lot of Oil.
- Enjoy with your favourite sauce. Today I enjoyed with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
