‘Curry Flavoured Roasted Cauliflower’ is one of my favourite Cauliflower dishes. One day I tried to cook it using Japanese Mayonnaise instead of Olive Oil. It was delicious. Today I added Cheese. It was more delicious.

1 head Cauliflower *cut into small florets
1/4 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Garlic Powder *optional
Black Pepper
1/2 cup shredded Tasty Cheese *Cheddar OR Pizza Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 200℃.
  2. Combine Japanese Mayonnaise, Curry Powder and some Garlic Powder (*optional) in a bowl. Add Cauliflower florets and mix to coat all florets well.
  3. Place the Cauliflower florets in a baking dish, and spread evenly in a single layer if possible.
  4. Sprinkle with some Salt, Black Pepper and the shredded Cheese, and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
