1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1 tablespoon (15g) Butter
15g Tasty Cheese (Cheddar) *grated OR torn into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon Salt *alter the amount to suit your taste
- Place Milk and Corn Starch in a small saucepan, and mix well until blended well. Add Butter and bring to the boil over medium low heat, stirring.
- Once it is boiling and thickened, add grated Cheese and mix well. Season with Salt & White Pepper.
- *Note: This process can be done using the microwave. Place Milk and Corn Starch in a heat-proof bowl, mix well, and heat in the microwave for 1 minute, and stir. Then heat again and bring to the boil, and stir well. Add Cheese and season with Salt & White Pepper.
