Japanese Mayonnaise has perfect flavour that goes well with many salty sauces. Mix Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso), that is sweet, spicy, salty and packed with Umami, with it and you can make this delicious sauce instantly. This sauce is great with Chicken, Meat, Fish and Vegetables. Adding extra ingredients such as Vinegar, Sugar OR Sesame Oil, you can create your own salad dressing or dipping sauce.
1 clove Garlic *grated
1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso)
4 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce *alter the amount to suit your taste
- Combine all ingredients. Alter the amount of Soy Sauce to suit your taste, OR depending on what to use it for.
- *Note: Add Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Sesame Oil OR Chilli Sauce such as Sriracha and create your own salad dressing OR dipping sauce.
