When you have ripe Bananas and you want to save them for later use to make cakes, you probably freeze them. This is how I freeze Ripe Bananas and I believe this is the best way because the thinly frozen Banana paste can be quickly and easily thawed, and you can use it straight away.

Method
  1. Peel the Ripe Bananas, remove stringy thing, and place 1 OR 2 of them, the number that you usually use, in a small reusable tough plastic bag. Squash the Bananas into paste, coarsely OR smoothly depending on your preference, then freeze.
  2. *Note: The thinly frozen Banana paste can be quickly and easily thawed, and you can use it straight away.
