When you have ripe Bananas and you want to save them for later use to make cakes, you probably freeze them. This is how I freeze Ripe Bananas and I believe this is the best way because the thinly frozen Banana paste can be quickly and easily thawed, and you can use it straight away.

Method
- Peel the Ripe Bananas, remove stringy thing, and place 1 OR 2 of them, the number that you usually use, in a small reusable tough plastic bag. Squash the Bananas into paste, coarsely OR smoothly depending on your preference, then freeze.
- *Note: The thinly frozen Banana paste can be quickly and easily thawed, and you can use it straight away.
