Kale Slaw & Tuna Wrap is my favourite lunch. On the other day, I wanted to make it but I didn’t have any Bread Wraps. Then I decided to make this Savoury Crepe. It’s basically very thin pancake, that is super quick & easy to make. I won’t buy Bread Wraps any more. Those store-bought wraps contain a lot of unnatural ingredients and that’s a concern anyway.
Makes
3 x 20cm Thick Crepes
Ingredients
1/2 cup Plain Flour
1 pinch Salt
1/2 cup Milk
1 large Egg
1/2 tablespoon Oil
Oil for cooking
Method
- Combine all ingredients and beet with a whisk until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly oil. Pour the batter onto the frying pan, tip and rotate the pan to spread batter to form a thin crepe. Cook both sides until lightly browned.
- The filling of the above photo is Kale Slaw and Canned Tuna with Salt & Pepper.
