Is your friend visiting you for dinner? Are you thinking of a dessert? This dessert is super easy to make. It is basically a soft version of White Chocolate Ganache. I strongly recommend to add some Berries, fresh or frozen, as a topping. Berries are much better than sugary fruit sauce as this mousse is very sweet.
2 to 3 Servings
80 to 90g White Chocolate *coarsely chopped
150ml Thickened Cream *whipped
Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, OR etc.
- Whip Thickened Cream until soft peaks form.
- Place chopped White Chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and melt the Chocolate. Stir until smooth. *Alternatively you can melt the Chocolate in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute, then extra time as required.
- Add the melted White Chocolate to the whipped Cream, and gently mix to combine. Pour in the serving glasses and chill in the fridge.
- Before you serve, place plenty of Berries on top. Today I added frozen (half-thawed) Raspberries and Blueberries.
