Is your friend visiting you for dinner? Are you thinking of a dessert? This dessert is super easy to make. It is basically a soft version of White Chocolate Ganache. I strongly recommend to add some Berries, fresh or frozen, as a topping. Berries are much better than sugary fruit sauce as this mousse is very sweet.
Makes
2 to 3 Servings
Ingredients
90g White Chocolate *coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Thickened Cream
100ml Thickened Cream *whipped
Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, etc.
Method
- Whip 100ml Thickened Cream until soft peaks form.
- Place chopped White Chocolate and 2 tablespoons Cream in a heatproof bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then extra time as required, until softly melted. *Alternatively you can place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and melt the Chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add some whipped Cream to the melted White Chocolate and mix well, then add the melted White Chocolate mixture to the whipped Cream and mix to combine.
- Pour in the serving glasses and chill in the fridge. Before you serve, place some Berries on top. Today I added frozen (half-thawed) Raspberries and Blueberries.
