I sometimes crave simple Japanese flavoured salad like this one. No Chilli. No Herbs. No Garlic. Simply seasoned with just Soy Sauce and Vinegar. This salad is so refreshing to me. Sugar is not necessary as Tomatoes are sweet.

Ingredients
2 Tomatoes *cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons Dried Cut Wakame
1/4 Onion *thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 pinch Dashi Powder *optional
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Method
- Soak Dried Wakame in cold water until soft, drain well.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes before serve, so that sweet & sour juice of Tomato comes out and the flavour would be nicer.
