For cake decoration and dessert making, soft chocolate ganache is preferable, but this Whipped Cocoa Cream is Super Quick & Easy to make and tastes really good. Sweetness can be altered by the amount of Sugar to suit your taste.
2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 to 3 tablespoons Caster Sugar
1 cup Thickened Cream
Rum, Brandy, Vanilla, etc. *optional
- Combine Cocoa Powder and Caster Sugar in a mixing bowl. Add about 1/4 cup Cream and whisk until well combined. Then add the remaining Cream, and whisk until soft OR firm peaks form.
- You may wish to add Rum, Brandy, Vanilla, etc.
