For cake decoration and dessert making, soft chocolate ganache is preferable, but this Whipped Cocoa Cream is Super Quick & Easy to make and tastes really good. Sweetness can be altered by the amount of Sugar to suit your taste.


2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 to 3 tablespoons Caster Sugar
1 cup Thickened Cream
Rum, Brandy, Vanilla, etc. *optional

  1. Combine Cocoa Powder and Caster Sugar in a mixing bowl. Add about 1/4 cup Cream and whisk until well combined. Then add the remaining Cream, and whisk until soft OR firm peaks form.
  2. You may wish to add Rum, Brandy, Vanilla, OR etc.
