
It is a fun to make Whipped Coffee. This is basically whipped Coffee Syrup, so it is very sweet. What you have to do is mix Instant Coffee Granules, Sugar and Warm Water, and whisk it up. When I first tried to make it, I was very skeptical about it, but it turned into thick foam. If you like stronger Coffee flavour, add more Instant Coffee Granules, but this is the right strength for me. You can add the Whipped Coffee to chilled Milk, OR Chocolate flavoured cold desserts, etc.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee Granules
2 tablespoon Caster Sugar
2 tablespoon Warm Water
Method
- Place Instant Coffee Granules, Caster Sugar and Warm Water in a mixing bowl, and use a whisk (small whisk is easier to use) to mix well. Then keep whisking until soft peaks form. Do not worry, it will eventually turn into thick foam.
- *Note: I recommend to leave it in the fridge to chill. Whisk it again before serve.
