This is a dish of Zucchini that is quickly stir-fried and seasoned with Soy Sauce. Absolutely quick and easy dish. I strongly recommend to use Sesame Oil made from Roasted Sesame Seeds to stir-fry Zucchini. Enjoy with chilled Beer OR freshly cooked Rice, etc.


2 Servings


1 Zucchini *thinly sliced about 2-3mm thin
1 Sesame Oil
1 clove Garlic *finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Chilli Flakes *OR as required
1 pinch Salt
1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce *alter the amount
1/2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

  1. Cut Zucchini into 2-3mm thin slices.
  2. Heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, add Zucchini slices, Garlic and Chilli, and stir-fry for 1 minute, season with a pinch Salt, and remove from the heat. *Note: Zucchini should retain the crunchiness. DO NOT over cook it.
  3. Add Soy Sauce and Toasted Sesame Seeds, and mix to combine. Add extra Salt if required and enjoy with chilled Beer OR freshly cooked Rice, etc.
