Eggplant 1 to 2
Roasted Sesame Seeds *optional
Finely chopped Spring Onion *Optional
Miso 4 tablespoons
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
*Depending on the type of miso, you might need more sugar.
1. Slice Eggplant about 2cm thick.
2. Heat oil in a frypan and cook Eggplant on both sides until browned.
3. Place them on a griller tray and put some Miso Sauce on top and cook under griller until sauce get slightly burnt.
4. Sprinkle some Roasted Sesame Seeds or Spring Onion and serve.
