I have been making Yoghurt at home for many years. We eat it mainly with Granola, however we stopped eating the very high-calorie Granola recently. We still should eat Yoghurt for health benefits. Lassi is a very quick & easy way to enjoy Yoghurt. I love to add Frozen Blueberries to it. I use my stick blender to make it.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Blueberries *fresh OR frozen
1 teaspoon Sugar OR 1-2 teaspoons Honey
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Unsweetened Yoghurt
2 Ice Cubes
Extra Blueberries for topping

Method
  1. Make sure your blender OR hand blender is strong enough to crush Ice Cubes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a suitable (strong enough) glass or blender jug, and blend until Ice Cubes are finely crushed. Add extra Blueberries on top and enjoy.
