Lighter colour Miso is recommended for this dish. Miso is quite salty, use small amount and test the flavour.

1 head (*500g) Broccoli *cut into small florets
1 teaspoon Miso *light colour miso preferred
3 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground

  1. Cook Broccoli in the boiling water until bright green and still crunchy. Drain well.
  2. Combine Miso and Mayonnaise and ground Sesame Seeds, and mix with Broccoli.
Broccoli Creamy Mustard Sauce

Replace Miso with Mustard 1 to 2 teaspoons and Soy Sauce 1/2 tablespoon for the Sauce.
