Lighter colour Miso is recommended for this dish. Miso is quite salty, use small amount and test the flavour.
1 head (*500g) Broccoli *cut into small florets
1 teaspoon Miso *light colour miso preferred
3 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground
- Cook Broccoli in the boiling water until bright green and still crunchy. Drain well.
- Combine Miso and Mayonnaise and ground Sesame Seeds, and mix with Broccoli.
Broccoli Creamy Mustard Sauce
Replace Miso with Mustard 1 to 2 teaspoons and Soy Sauce 1/2 tablespoon for the Sauce.
