‘Stir-fried Garlic Chives and Eggs’ is a very popular dish in north Asia. I simply cooked it with Spaghetti, and seasoned with Soy Sauce. Pancetta OR Bacon can add nice flavour and saltiness. It’s super easy to cook, nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients

1 serving Spaghetti
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper
40g Pancetta OR Bacon *cut into small pieces
1/2 tablespoon Oil of your choice
60g Garlic Chives *cut into 3-4cm pieces
1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Method
  1. Cook Spaghetti in salted water according to the instruction.
  2. Lightly beat Eggs in a bowl, and season with Salt & Pepper.
  3. When Spaghetti are half-cooked, heat Oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook Pancetta OR Bacon until crispy. Add Garlic Chives and stir-fry. Add cooked Spaghetti and Soy Sauce, and mix well.
  4. Make a room in the pan, pour the Egg in the space. When Egg is softly cooked, mix to combine.
