Makes

1 Serving

Ingredients

1 serving Ramen Noodles
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
125g Pork Mince
Finely chopped Spring Onion
Crispy Chilli Oil *optional

Sauce
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso) *OR other Chilli Sauce
2 to 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) Sake (Rice Wine) OR Water
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar *optional but recommended

Method
  1. Combine all the Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cook Ramen Noodles as instructed. Today I used already cooked Ramen Noodles. I heated them in boiling water until soft, then drained.
  3. Meanwhile, heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook Pork Mince. When cooked, add the Sauce, and stir to combine.
  4. Add the drained Ramen Noodles, and mix to combine. Place in a serving bowl, add plenty Spring Onion, Crispy Chilli Oil for extra heat, and enjoy.
