Have you got leftover Bolognese Sauce? Try this Potato Cheese Bake. It is super easy and you really don’t need a recipe to make it. Peel and cut Potatoes, boil them until soft, season with Salt & Pepper, cover with your leftover Bolognese Sauce and Cheese, then bake it. How simple is that?
4 to 5 Potatoes *about 800g, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
Salt for cooking
Butter OR Oil for greasing the baking dish
Salt & Pepper
2 cups Bolognese Sauce *warmed
1 cup Tasty Cheese *shredded or grated
Finely chopped Parsley
- Cook Potato pieces in salted water until soft. Preheat the oven to 220℃.
- Lightly grease a baking dish, place drained Potato pieces, season with Salt & Pepper. Spread Bolognese Sauce and cover with shredded Cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the top is browned. Sprinkle with some finely chopped Parsley and serve.
