Seafood with Garlic & Soy Sauce goes so well with pasta. This ‘Seafood Spaghetti Garlic Soy Sauce’ is very popular in Japan and it is so easy and quick to prepare. A perfect dinner for busy families.
4 servings Spaghetti
500g Seafood Mix (Marinara Mix)
2 to 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic *roughly chopped
Chilli as required
2 to 3 Spring Onion *finely chopped
2 to 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Cook Spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions.
- Heat Olive Oil in a large frypan and cook Garlic and Chilli until aromatic. Then add Seafood Mix and cook until cooked through. It won’t take long.
- Add Soy Sauce, then add cooked Spaghetti and mix well.
- Sprinkle some Spring Onions and serve.
