On hot summer days, Bananas tend to turn black-spotted very quickly. Those ripe sweet Bananas are perfect for Banana Cake or my Granola (Oven-baked Muesli), but I don’t want to bake on hot days. This is a perfect way to enjoy those black-spotted Bananas in hot summer.
Unsweetened Greek Yoghurt
- Slice the ripe Banana(s) to 5 to 6mm thick. Place the slices in ice cube tray and place in freezer for a few hours. They don’t need to be hard frozen.
- Place some Unsweetened Greek Yoghurt in a bowl. Dip the frozen Banana slices one at a time to coat with Yoghurt, and place them back in the ice cube tray.
- Place the ice cube tray back in freezer for an hour or until the Yoghurt coating is set, and enjoy!
