I often make ‘Nametake’ Enoki, that can be enjoyed with freshly cooked Rice, Noodles and even Pasta. I use it for cooking, too. Today I had a small amount leftover. I happened to have a small amount leftover Kimchi as well. I mixed them together and it was YUMMY!!! You may wish to try it.
2 to 3 Servings
1/4 cup ‘Nametake’ Enoki
2 tablespoons Kimchi *cut into bite-size if large, add more if you like
*Note: Finely chopped Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds OR/AND a few drops Sesame Oil can be added.
- Combine ‘Nametake’ Enoki and Kimchi. *Note: Finely chopped Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds OR a few drops Sesame Oil can be added.
- Enjoy with freshly cooked Rice.
