The other day, I saw a photo of Fish Tacos on a Facebook page. It looked so good and I wanted to eat it, but I had no energy and motivation to cook Fried Crumbed Fish. When my children were young and I was a very busy mum, I never cooked Fried Crumbed Fish. I always bought frozen ones, and they were often Fish Fingers, and I just baked them in the oven. Today I spent a little more dollars and bought better quality ones. Fish Tacos was easy to prepare this way.


2 to 3 Servings


400g Fish Fingers OR Fish Bites *Fried Crumbed OR Battered Fish
Mexican Inspired Red Cabbage Salad *OR Salad Vegetables of your choice
Guacamole *OR Mashed Avacado
Corn Kernels
Jalapeño *Pickled OR Fresh
Taco Sauce
Cheese *Tasty Cheese, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, etc.
Tortilla as required *warmed

  1. Cook frozen Fish Fingers OR Fish Bites according to the instruction. You can use larger pieces. Cut them into thick strips after baked.
  2. Prepare other ingredients. Avocado and Cheese are highly recommended.
  3. Serve everything on the table, and everyone enjoys making their own Tacos.
