I have been cooking Broccoli using a frying pan lately, and I can tell you that’s the best method to cook Broccoli. Better than boiling or steaming. You can find many Pan-fried Broccoli recipes on this website. When you cook Broccoli in a frying pan, adding extra Protein is easy. Today I added Smoked Sausages.

Ingredients
1 large head (*about 300g) Broccoli *cut into small florets, thick stem sliced
1 clove Garlic *optional, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Oil of your choice
2 pinches Salt
2 to 3 tablespoons Water
250 to 300g Smoked Sausages *Today I used Kransky
Method
- Drizzle Oil over a large frying pan and arrange Broccoli pieces. Sprinkle with Garlic, Water and Salt. Arrange Sausages, cut in half if large, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
- When the Water in the pan is evaporated, remove the lid and stir-fry until slightly browned. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy with your favourite sauce.
